Fed Meetup uses FY24 airfare data from GSA City Pair Program (CPP) and FY24 Per Diem Rates.
1. To calculate per diem rates, enter the number of Temporary Duty (TDY) days and the month of travel.
NOTE: This tool assumes two travel days in addition to the TDY days. For example, if travelers will fly in on Monday, work from Tuesday to Thursday, then fly out on Friday, you would enter 3 below. The month is needed because per diem rates can vary by month for some cities.
2. Enter the quantity of travelers from different origins.
3. Select the destinations you would like to compare.
